What's the time limit for returns?
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item(s) to initiate a return. The return package must be shipped and postmarked within this 14-day period to be eligible for a refund.

Returns made after 14 days will not be accepted, and refunds will not be processed for items returned beyond this timeframe.
Please note that the return shipping fee must be covered by the customer, unless the original products are defective.
How can I make a return?
Step 1: Submit return request
Please click here " Start A Return " to fill in the relevant return order information and submit your return request. Once your return request has been successfully submitted, our team will
respond to you within 48 business hours. Please monitor your email inbox for updates.
Step 2: Pack and mail back your items
Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with complete shipping instructions, including the return address and any required labels. Please securely pack the
items to be returned in their original packaging to ensure safe transit.For multiple items from the same order, send them together to minimize return fees.Please ensure the
contents of your return matches the return packing slip generated for your package. Do not include additional items not listed.
Step 3: Refund
We will process your refund within 5 business days after receiving your return, and refunds can only be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days
for the refund to reflect in your account, subject to your bank’s processing timeline.You will receive an email to confirm once the refund has been completed. Don’t forget to keep the return
receipt from the courier until your refund has been processed.If you're unable to submit the request, please reach out to us at ruisen@helloruisen.com, with the order number,
item names and return reasons. If there are quality issues, please provide photos of the defective parts of the items.
Which items are eligible to be returned?
All item(s) must be unworn and in the original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached.
Items not in the condition mentioned above will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items include:
▼Products marked as Final Clearance.
▼BOGO – Free item is Final Sale.
▼Lingerie, tights,underwear.
▼Matching sets cannot be returned separately.
▼Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
▼If your order has been paid through Store Credit only, please note that all products will become Final Sale and will not be eligible for return or refund.
Conditions that are not deemed as defective in quality:
▼Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, the texture of fabrics, and differences in color due to differences in monitor display are NOT treated as quality issues.
▼Returns due to dissatisfaction with styles, colors, and changes in personal preferences are NOT treated as quality issues.
▼Damages due to usage, washing, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors are NOT treated as quality issues.
▼Please refer to our sizing chart for decisions on your purchase, as our service team can only offer our recommendations. Returns due to sizing issues do not constitute quality issues.
▼Due to differences in design and style between items, there may be slight differences between different items in the same size. Please refer to the actual measurements.
Important note:
(1)We do not currently offer direct exchanges due to high inventory turnover. You may instead place a new order and return your unwanted item.
(2)The original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable.
(3)Returns will not be accepted without submitting the request first.
(4)Ensure you are not accidentally returning non-Helloruisen items — we will not be responsible for sending them back.
(5)Do not send returns to the sender's address on your package — this is not our return address.
Helloruisen reserves the right to deny or refuse returns at our discretion.
